Founded in 1992 by three young entrepreneurs with a mission to provide customers with value-added engineering design services, all while giving back to their community and supporting higher education. As civil engineers, our everyday work impacts how people do everyday living, through improved connectivity, transportation, safety and community development. This has been our focus for over 30 years. 

Today, BHC is a thriving multidiscipline firm, specializing in civil engineering, land surveying, GIS, and construction services. Headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas, our team is busy providing ‘No Problem’ customer service to clients across the United States.

In 2023, we opened our newest office in Wichita, Kansas, to better serve our clients in the greater Wichita region. We also acquired long-time, Kansas surveying firm, Savoy Company. The acquisition has carried BHC’s momentum for overall growth and expansion into Wichita, enriching our commitment to the region.

BHC now operates five office locations in Overland Park, Kansas City, Wichita, El Dorado, and Kensington.
