The 123-acre East Village Development is located in the southeast quadrant of US-50 Highway and M-291 Highway in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. The traffic impact study identified and addressed the impacts of a proposed mixed-use development for 22 lots. The lots consisted of a warehouse retailer, 920 multifamily housing units, 15 restaurant choices, a strip retail plaza, and two public parks. The study included capacity and queuing analyses of existing, proposed, and future traffic conditions.
