BHC provided survey and design for 0.25-mile of sidewalk improvements to complete a pedestrian route along this major urban arterial. Design of the new sidewalk reduced the amount of retaining wall and utility adjustments while reducing construction costs. Extensive potholing of existing utilities was done to avoid construction delays.
