This 15,454 SF design-build project involved the construction of a new salt dome for the City of Kansas City, MO. The facility included new access to the site, utility installation, grading and stormwater management. Low impact development features were incorporated utilizing a bioretention facility to treat stormwater prior to being released from the site. 

This project was the winner of the Design-Build Award from the DBIA Mid-America Region.
