The Village at Shoal Creek project is a commercial / retail development situated on a 17.6 acre parcel of land located south of M-152 Highway (NE Barry Road) in Kansas City, MO. The development consists of six lots totaling 119,500 SF of retail space. BHC completed surveying, construction staking and civil engineering design services for the subdivision of the lots, public improvements to service the site and utility services. Phase II of the project includes construction drawings for the 78,000 SF anchor building, associated parking and utilities.
This project was the winner of the Keystone Award from the Clay County Economic Development Council.
