Promontory is a $97.5 million mixed-use redevelopment project which will be completed in three phases. Phase I will include 290 apartments and more than 28,000 SF of retail space at the northeast corner, along 89th Street. A later phase includes 130 apartments over as much as 38,500 SF of retail space in the center of the project. The project also calls for three new stand-alone retail buildings along Metcalf Avenue and 51,000 SF of new inline retail construction near 91st Street. BHC RHODES completed the surveying, platting, site design, stormwater analysis, stormwater detention, traffic analysis, site lighting design, water main extension, sanitary sewer extension and utility relocations.
