Connecting Edwardsville PSP Study

BHC RHODES was selected to lead the Connecting Edwardsville Planning Sustainable Places study using Federal and local funds. The study provided a higher level of attention to the area around the K-32 Hwy and 4th Street intersection and identifies potential ways to improve the movement of people and goods. It also assesses the economic market and suggests what uses are most likely to be successful for development. We engaged the public and key stakeholders throughout the study to develop recommendations that fit the City’s long-range vision while having a realistic chance of being implemented and economically sustainable.
