Flint Commerce Center is a 370-acre industrial park housing 5-6 million SF of building space with light assembly, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution-uses in De Soto, KS. Building C is a 1-million SF cross-dock warehouse within the development. BHC provided civil site design, surveying services, and landscape architecture for the site. Additional services include initial due diligence, a preliminary plat plan, stormwater management services, and NOI/SWPPP Land Disturbance and City Grading Permits. The planting design focused on bringing scale to the large building and site. Native cultivars were chosen for their hardiness, low maintenance, erosion control, and ornamental characteristics.
