Occidental Management purchased the former 200+ acre Sprint World Headquarters Campus and changed the name to Aspiria. The AC Marriott is a new four-story, 100,000 SF hotel adjacent to the Aspiria campus. Landscape architecture worked carefully with the architect and owner to design an outdoor space containing multiple fire pit areas, a waterfall, a pool amenity, event space, and several “respite areas.” The overall design compliments the architecture and geometry of the hotel while facilitating the activation of outdoor spaces. The design is fine-tuned to serve a variety of events, from weddings to daily operations. BHC provided landscape architecture and civil engineering services for this project.
