Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers has its roots in Wichita in the 1950s. It was the steakburgers that popularized the restaurant that has sites in 23 states. BHC provided surveying, assistance with entitlements, conceptual site layouts, landscape architecture, site photometrics, and general site/civil design for numerous projects in Kansas, Missouri, and Illinois. These services were performed to meet requirements of the client, municipality, state, and in some cases, the anchor tenant of large strip center developments.

This project enhances the exterior of the restaurant, creating a welcoming and accessible environment for customers and staff. Thoughtful landscaping adds visual interest and reinforces the brand’s energetic image, while paved walkways guide visitors safely to entrances and drive-thru lanes. Well-placed lighting and signage improve visibility and navigation, ensuring a smooth, safe experience for everyone. The design strengthens curb appeal and reinforces a professional, approachable presence in the community.
