“I cannot think of anything that could have gone better so far from my experiences. From my perspective, everything is set up brilliantly. I love the department rotation to gain comprehensive exposure, the blended intern and departmental scheduling for encompassing growth, assignment of unique intern projects, and being able to interact with the leadership team.”

“The most rewarding part of this internship was being able to see my work in action. I had many graphics and videos posted on social media, and I was able to see my overall business plan project be used for recruiting. This gives me a lot of hope for post-grad. It can be very scary going out into “the real world” and BHC has proved that it’s not going to be so scary after all. Everyone is so welcoming and willing to help, which I found to be very important in a workplace.”

“Meeting so many great people and improving not only my technical skills but also my social skills. I am not always a super outgoing person even though I love learning about/working with people, so being in an environment where we are sort of forced to have conversations (working in a large group of interns, doing the passport interviews, rotating through departments, etc.) was super helpful and rewarding to me. I also loved the feeling of having my project come together and creating a large piece of work that I could be proud of.”

“BHC has a great culture that I think would put anyone new to the workplace at ease. The two different rotations seemed very beneficial to all; I know the internal rotation was good for me. Before coming here, I thought it was funny how much companies pride themselves on culture because I was like they could easily just be saying that like all work culture is the same but, BHC has changed me, and I realize the importance of this friendly and helpful environment.”

Everyone was patient when it came to asking questions, and everyone understood we were learning every day.
