Inaugural Leadership Program Celebrates First Graduating Class
Service. Respect. Growth. Excellence. Collaboration. Do the right thing. It is by these core values we strive to uphold a positive collaborative culture with our employees and customers. In 2021, BHC Leadership saw an opportunity to promote professional development for most managers and supervisors in each our our service segments. Thoughtful discussions of the expectations for the program were had and soon after the Advanced Leadership Training program was created.
The purpose of the program is to facilitate leadership development skills within our company. We focus on growth and development of our people to ensure company growth and opportunities for fellow employees. The ALT program is a six month intense program to expand leadership bench strength, gain deeper insights into our people, help with organization transition planning and position our company for strategic and stable growth.
This inaugural group were specifically selected as they are recognized as top performers and are well respected across the company. They included:

A special reception was held at the Nicklaus Golf Club at Lionsgate on October 12. ALT members and their guests enjoyed a welcome reception followed by remarks from BHC Leadership and special guest speaker, Sly James, former Mayor of Kansas City, Missouri.
