BHC has conducted numerous feasibility studies nationwide totaling over 13,220 miles. BHC determined two route options for each study, performed preliminary data gathering, conducted an environmental review, identified agencies along the potential route, determined underlying rights of the public routes proposed and conducted field reviews. BHC also determined unit prices for construction of the final routes, overall cost summary and analysis and comparison of the two route options for each study.
