BHC supported a national FTTh expansion by delivering fiber hut site services across 10 regional markets. Scope included site selection, civil engineering, site design, permitting, and construction coordination for huts that support critical electronics and serve thousands of households. The team evaluated sites based on proximity to the network backbone, zoning requirements, and utility extension costs and completed topographic and boundary surveys, legal descriptions, and entitlement support to meet local standards. BHC addressed market-specific constraints, including heritage tree preservation, watershed protection, and city-required architectural elements, and incorporated retaining walls, screening fences, and enhanced security into final designs. BHC’s multidisciplinary expertise and regional adaptability helped ensure a successful rollout of this essential national infrastructure.
