Foley Equipment started as a single store in Wichita, Kansas in 1940. Today, they have grown into one of the region’s leading suppliers of construction equipment and expertise with nearly 1,000 employees in 15 locations across Kansas and Missouri. This project at their Kansas City, MO site includes a building expansion, redesign of the various drives and circulation and expanding useable property. BHC provided civil site design services including utility coordination, major regrading and underground stormwater detention, as well as coordinating with streamway relocation efforts to further expand useable property. Landscape design was also included.
