Journey Church is located on 23 acres in Lee’s Summit and is expanding their facility by 18,000 SF. This includes a 1,200-seat worship auditorium, outdoor gathering space, new entry drive, added parking and a multi-use atrium gathering space. The new atrium design optimizes the traffic flow around and through the site. BHC provided survey, platting, landscape architecture, and civil site design services that included stormwater detention, BMP design and utility coordination.
