BHC provided engineering, permitting, and right-of-way (ROW) services for the 185-mile Olney, Illinois, to St. Louis, Missouri, long haul fiber project. BHC produced 300 drawings and secured more than 20 permits, developed specifications, issued the bid package, and supported bid evaluations. During construction, BHC provided field inspectors and management to support construction management and coordination.
