Unilever is one of the world’s leading suppliers of food, home and personal care products, with sales in more than 190 countries. This design-build project consisted of a 100,000 SF cold storage expansion. BHC provided survey and civil design services that included stormwater analysis, utility design, extensive widening of the adjacent roadway system, as well as a new trailer drop-off facility.
