BHC participated in an overall effort to design improvements to widen US 69 Highway in a commercial area between 18th and 23rd Streets for this KDOT administered project. BHC’s work included survey, drainage analysis and design work. BHC also provided construction observation and materials testing services on behalf of the City and KDOT. Inspection staff was instrumental in coordinating work with multiple utilities in close proximity to street, storm structures and adjusting construction activity to incorporate several design changes.
