This LEED Silver certifiable replacement facility included construction of a 112,000 SF world class two-story military medical and dental clinic. This design-build project consists of all associated site infrastructure, parking, storm sewer and utilities. The project is being built adjacent to the existing, functioning medical / dental clinic. Once the new facility is open, demolition of the existing structure will occur and the existing site will be returned to an open field for future use. BHC provided civil engineering services including site design of parking, site grading, storm sewers and utilities.

This project was the winner of the Design-Build Award from DBIA Mid-America Region.
