This new design-build medical/dental clinic will support the 82nd Medical Group at Sheppard Air Force Base, which provides medical care for more than half of the Air Force’s Airman in Training. The 170,000 SF clinic will include a 900 SF ambulance shelter and a 10,000 SF Joint Biological Agent Identification and Diagnostic System (JBaids) space. The project is designed to achieve LEED Silver certification. BHC provided civil engineering services including site design of parking, site grading, storm sewers and utilities.
