Saint Luke’s South Rehabilitation Institute and Therapy Garden
The Rehabilitation Institute, a 106,000 SF addition to Saint Luke’s South Hospital, is a state-of-the art LEED Certified rehabilitation treatment and technology facility. The facility was designed to serve over 1,200 patients per year. Our landscape design for the outdoor rehabilitation therapy garden promotes healing and independence. With ADA-compliant pathways, a serene deck, and a tranquil patio, patients find solace. A unique addition is a putting green, aiding balance rehabilitation and hastening their return to the course. BHC provided survey, landscape architecture, and civil design for the project.
This project won a Design-Build Award from DBIA Mid-America Region.
