The PQ plant, located on 25 acres in Kansas City, KS, was originally built in 1915. They produce environmentally friendly catalysts used by other companies to trap emissions before they enter the atmosphere. The company has been very active and had multiple expansion projects over the last 12 years and more planned. BHC has assisted with the multiple expansions with the design of parking lots, entrances and sanitary sewer relocation.
