Foley Equipment

Foley Equipment

Foley Equipment started as a single store in Wichita, Kansas in 1940. This project includes a building expansion, redesign of the various drives and circulation, and expanding usable property. BHC provided civil site design services including utility coordination, major regrading, and underground stormwater detention as well as coordinating with streamway relocation efforts to further expand usable property. Landscape Architecture was also included. This landscape design highlights the store’s tough, hardworking image while creating an inviting experience for customers. Durable materials and low-maintenance plantings withstand heavy traffic and harsh conditions, while clear sightlines keep equipment and displays visible from the road. Thoughtful lighting, signage, and circulation make it easy for visitors to navigate the lot safely and efficiently, reinforcing the store’s reputation for reliability and professionalism.
