Colby Capital, founded in 2014, is a preferred developer for Dollar General, having developed over 200 stores across Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, and North Dakota. Located in Leawood, KS, Colby Capital redeveloped an existing 3,600-SF building into their offices. An existing drive-through structure and lanes were converted into an outdoor amenity space for building occupants. BHC provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services, including upgraded site lighting, minor landscape modifications, and site curbing improvements.
