The Kansas State University Foundation office park is located on a 14-acre tract of land located at the north end of the University Campus. The first two phases of the park are completed with a total of 118,000 SF of floor area. A total of 240,000 SF of floor area will be developed when the park is fully built out. BHC provided survey and civil design services including site grading, stormwater drainage, utility design, a sanitary sewer extension and erosion control.
