BHC was asked by the City of Edwardsville, under our on-call services agreement, to identify potential solutions to drainage issues around this intersection at the entrance to a residential subdivision. After a site visit and a quick follow up topographic survey, our staff developed plans for addressing the ponding of water and pavement deterioration in a way that would avoid major impacts on adjacent properties.
