The City of Edwardsville selected BHC under the on-call services agreement to identify solutions to drainage issues at this intersection serving as the entrance to a residential subdivision. Following a site visit and topographic survey, BHC developed plans to address water ponding and pavement deterioration while minimizing impacts on adjacent properties.
