Andretti Indoor Karting & Games offers high-speed electric superkarts on multi-level tracks, zip lining, rock climbing, a rope obstacle course, a Dark Ride Motion Theater, and arcade gaming. This national franchise currently has nine locations, and has plans to develop another 103,400 SF site at the Aspiria campus in Overland Park, KS. BHC provided an ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey, site design/grading, utility plans, and preliminary and final development plans. Planting design emphasized a welcoming front entry and entertainment with colorful plantings, a decorative rock layout, and small synthetic turf area for events and play. Overall site landscape utilized plant material for ease of maintenance and long-term success, while respecting utility placement and City requirements.
