BHC designed and permitted a large-count duct package in Loudoun County, Virginia, installing fourteen 2-inch conduits within a heavily congested right-of-way to create a critical point-to-point connection supporting regional data centers. The team coordinated environmental permitting through a partner to secure DEQ permits for three waterway crossings and engaged a geotechnical partner to meet VADOT requirements and confirm the duct package would not impact roadway integrity or long-term performance. BHC also worked closely with FiberLight to identify and connect multiple access points along the finalized route, maintaining constructability and compliance while providing frequent updates, proactive coordination, and responsive support to keep the project moving efficiently.
