BHC provided design, permitting, and construction management services for a long haul route between Lubbock, Texas, and Albuquerque, New Mexico, including a metro ring around Albuquerque suburbs. The 350-mile route used GIS-based construction tracking, including a live map and dashboard for real-time monitoring of progress. Field staffing included up to 20 inspectors and two resident project engineers, reporting to a project manager based in BHC’s Overland Park office.
