Central Bank is rooted in local communities with over 140 locations across the Midwest. For this project, they evaluated a parcel they had owned in Olathe, KS for quite some time and were ready to develop it. BHC provided civil engineering services for this 120,000 SF lot in two separate phases. The first phase involved developing site layout concepts that could be approved by the City and used to gauge market interest in a proposed outlot adjacent to the planned bank branch. The second phase included completing the full entitlement process and preparing construction documents for both public and private improvements. The services provided by BHC included a development plan process through the Planning Commission, City Council, and neighborhood meetings. This process included a traffic study, stormwater management study, construction documents for public improvements and the bank site, mass grading for the pad site, and substantial utility coordination.
