This Compass Heath Network 40,000 SF facility offers adolescent and adult outpatient services including behavioral health, dental care and substance use disorder. BHC provided civil and landscape architecture services. The building is sited adjacent to an existing pond with accompanying wetlands. The pond was reshaped and repurposed for extended dry stormwater detention. Additional dry detention ponds were constructed, and all planted with native grasses and plant materials designed for stormwater management.
