Eurofins provides a wide range of testing services across multiple industries, including food, environment, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, genomics, forensics, and advanced materials. For the Lenexa project, BHC provided civil engineering, surveying, and landscape architecture services. Work at the existing building and site included the addition of a new loading dock and mechanical equipment yard, ancillary site upgrades and improvements, and substantial interior modifications. The site utility design process required multiple creative solutions to accommodate ongoing design changes within the building.
