BHC was asked to provide relocation plans for water and gas lines due to the K-68 Highway improvements. Plans were prepared using an aerial base map and supplementary field survey information. Coordination with the gas line supplier assisted with bid items and costs. Bid documents were developed, and water and gas line improvements were completed with as-builts.
