BHC is leading the design of a new gravity sewer and regional pump station to support future industrial, commercial, and residential growth in the area. The project responds to anticipated development pressures from Panasonic’s multi-billion-dollar electric vehicle battery manufacturing facility under construction in De Soto. BHC’s team worked closely with the City and its consulting partners to evaluate ultimate sanitary sewer flows and long-term infrastructure needs. Based on this analysis, BHC developed construction plans for strategic sewer system improvements that will serve hundreds of acres. These improvements provide the capacity and reliability needed to support economic development while aligning with the City’s planning objectives.
