BHC delivered a township-wide FTTh design in Brownsville, Texas, as part of a regional broadband initiative. The project expanded high-speed internet access for residents and businesses in an underserved community. The scope included middle-mile and last-mile design using aerial and underground construction methods. The team completed fiber route planning in ArcGIS Pro, performed field validation for right-of-way and constructability, and issued final design updates to confirm accurate placement and sizing. BHC prepared and submitted permit packages supported by ArcGIS Pro mapping and coordinated with agencies to support timely approvals. The effort included aerial permitting for third-party pole attachments and replacements, supporting regulatory compliance, schedule alignment, and budget control while delivering reliable last-mile connectivity.
