The Homestead Estates subdivision consists of 11 lots on 5.6 acres and was carved out of a larger property originally a part of the Homestead Country Club in Prairie Village. The Club remains adjacent to the residential development. BHC services provided included survey, preliminary and final platting, stormwater management including detention and BMP design, general civil design as well as the sanitary sewer extension.
