BHC successfully completed a third-party joint use attachment application for Huntsville Utilities Joint Use Intake project. This work included:

• Space planning in accordance with NESC clearance guidelines
• Cost estimating for electric line work associated with the attachment
• Analysis of point attachments in support of telecom providers, including wireless infrastructure using existing power company structures
• Ensured all power and communication facilities met or exceeded required NESC criteria and pole owner standards
• The customer was provided with costs associated with bringing pole attachments into compliance
• The power company provided that cost data to the attachment applicants to recoup the effort needed to ensure a joint use occupancy compliant with local standards
