BHC completed joint use point-construction inspections on 3,100 utility poles for Middle Tennessee Electric Membership Corporation (MTEMC). The team documented field conditions and provided constructible recommendations to support safe, efficient make-ready work. BHC also developed joint use solutions for utility-owned line crews, including power space planning, communications space planning, pole loading analysis, and construction-ready make-ready guidance.
