Johnson County Public Works selected BHC to analyze 10 culverts that were due for replacement. BHC provided full topographic survey of the area.  The public work team developed the hydrology and culvert model for both the existing culvert and proposed solutions. Roadway and vehicle improvements were implemented with culvert upgrades.
