The Overland Park Xchange (Opx) is a redevelopment of the former Overland Park International Trade Center. The renovation to Class A office space included the addition of 50,000 SF, for a total of 705,000 SF of open, collaborative office space with millennial workforces in mind. BHC performed the general site reconfiguration design that included a new parking garage. In addition, a stormwater study was performed as well as utility relocation and ADA Compliance.
