The Long Haul Fiber Program project consisted of a feasibility study with a proposed route totaling over 2,200 miles crossing 7 states. BHC determined two route options, performed preliminary data gathering, conducted an environmental review, identified agencies along the potential route, determined underlying rights of the public routes proposed and a conducted field review. BHC also determined unit prices for construction of the final routes, overall cost summary and analysis and comparison of the two route options.
