BHC provides pole survey inspections to confirm whether existing communications attachments can be overlashed. In 2024, BHC inspected approximately 1,200 poles.

This work includes:

• Completed a vehicle-based field pole survey
• Classified poles as:
  1 – no make-ready (green)
  2 – make-ready required (yellow)
  3 – possible pole replacement (red)
• Delivered results in a Katapult map with the rating symbology shown
