Bluebird Network selected BHC for the Missouri NTIA/BTOP Fiber project for their experience, qualifications and value pricing for this 900 mile state wide build-out. The project requirements included placing up to thirty compliance inspectors and four field managers in the field to observe construction, complete quantity records and daily logs and ensure compliance with specifications and drawings. In addition, BHC utilized its custom database to log all quantities in order to track progress and approved contractor invoices on a weekly basis. The project lasted for more than a year.
