BHC provided engineering, permitting and right-of-way (ROW) services on the 135 mile Nashville to Chattanooga Tennessee Long Haul project. Three hundred drawings were produced and more than twenty permits were obtained for the project. In addition, BHC developed specifications, issued the bid and assisted the customer in bid evaluations. We placed inspectors and management in the field to perform construction management functions.
