The Pinebrooke Condominiums were originally constructed in the late 1960s as a private apartment complex.  Infrastructure systems were therefore constructed as private infrastructure, which were not held to the standard of public infrastructure.  BHC provided a site survey along with an inventory and analysis study for existing sanitary collection, stormwater collection, and overall landscape elements. The landscape portion of the study focused on issues that potentially threaten the health, safety, and welfare of residents and structures while offering potential solutions. Focus areas included existing trees, shrubs, invasive plant material, drainage patterns, and communal spaces.
