BHC performed design, permitting and construction management services on the Texas and New Mexico Long Haul. The route ran between Lubbock, TX and Albuquerque, NM and included a Metro Ring around the Albuquerque suburbs. This 350 mile route was designed and constructed within a 3 year span and included GIS based tracking of the construction progress and a live map and dashboard reporting tool that allowed for real time monitoring of the Project. The Texas and New Mexico Long Haul project featured 5 equipment shelters. The field staff consisted of up to 20 field inspectors and 2 resident project engineers who were reporting to the project manager in the Overland Park office.
