The construction of The Merc Co+op is a significant addition to the revitalization of Downtown Kansas City, Kansas at the corner of 5th and Minnesota. Since 1974, The Merc Co+op has provided communities a place to shop, gather, eat and learn by offering real food and sustainable products at reasonable prices through cooperative ownership and responsible commerce. BHC provided civil site, stormwater, traffic, landscape, lighting and irrigation design services for the development.
