The Ward Parkway Pavilion is a 31,000 SF redevelopment located on the site of a former multi-story department store and parking garage. The design allows up to six restaurants arranged around a 22,000 SF covered pedestrian plaza that includes areas for outdoor music, entertainment and dining. BHC provided site civil design services for the project including survey, stormwater study, sanitary sewer and utility coordination.

This project was the winner of the Capstone Award from the Kansas City Business Journal.
