Tuscan Farms Construction Observation
BHC was hired to inspect the sanitary sewer (gravity & force main) improvements for the Tuscan Farms subdivision (Benefit District) located adjacent to Nike Elementary School on Gardner Road. As other infrastructure items such as streets, storm, water, streetlights were starting, the City extended the contract to complete full time inspection for these items.
